About the event
-10 week training program, beginning on 8/19, consisting of 2 in-person runs per week. Wednesday at 6pm at various locations in/around Morristown, and a Saturday morning at 8am.Â
-Strength and mobility session lead by Dr James O'RourkeÂ
-A weekly schedule loaded onto Training Peaks, including specific workouts such as hill, speed, tempo runs, rest days and cross training days.Â
-Ideal for first time or intermediate half marathoners.Â
-Email and text support throughout the 10 weeks.Â
-Cost is $130 per person.
