Service Description

This package is targeted specifically for novice and first-time event runners no matter how fit you are. The 5K plan includes: • An initial consultation • An 8 week running program which is specific to you, taking individual factors into account, such as work schedule, children, etc • One 60 minute in person session per week. Additional sessions can be purchased for an additional $40. • Unlimited email & text support throughout your training period
